Projects
DuPage Habitat has helped over 35 families achieve the dream of homeownership.
We do this by working in partnership with partner families and the community to
build new or rehabilitate existing homes throughout DuPage County. DuPage Habitat
has developed units ranging from single-family homes, to duplexes to townhomes.
DuPage Habitat builds high-quality, low-frill homes designed to blend seamlessly
with the surrounding community. Our homes are typically around 1800 square feet
with 3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 baths and a garage.
Like every builder in DuPage, DuPage Habitat homes must conform with all local
building codes, and must pass inspections to ensure quality construction and
liveability.
DuPage Habitat believes in healthy homes and communities. Wherever possible,
we build homes to meet the Energy Star rating for energy efficiency. A few of
